SMALL SMART SYSTEMS
Novoxel has developed Tixel, Read More
a medical devicepowered by novel thermal technology
for fractional skin rejuvenation.
Tixel is a new paradigm in aesthetic dermatology offering
a better treatment experience for the benefit of patients and doctors.
Introducing the Tixel
The Tixel handpiece employs a hot titanium
tip to transfer heat directly to tissue.
Tixel does not emit radiation, it is eye safe
and smoke free.
Why is it so unique?
Tixel transfers energy quickly and safely
to the skin without carbonization.
Healing is fast and down time short.
Small and simple
Tixel offers a new dimension in compactness,
ergonomic design, and operating comfort to its
users who will also benefit from significant cost
savings in equipment, maintenance, operating
costs, and in floor space.
Titanium Tip technology
At the heart of Tixel, is Novoxel’s
proprietary reusable titanium tip
employing an array of tiny pyramids at high temperature (400°C).
The tip transfers energy to the skin
by very brief contact with low pain. Analgesic creams are typically not required.
The thermal effect has a spherical shape the dimensions of which correlate with contact duration between tip and skin. At high settings contact duration is longest.
